I had an interesting exchange with a person on Twitter–probably a Democratic operative. The exchange highlights the political idiocy that plagues too many Black Americans: this idea that our self-interests somehow conflict with the greater interests of this country and the white people in it.
With the outcome of the recent presidential election and overall political atmosphere in this country, now is as good of a time as ever for Black Americans to develop a political philosophy off of which to base our policy and legislative agendas. These topics and more discussed on this edition of The Barbershop.
