The Barbershop Podcast: Reparations Given To Blacks In Asheville North Carolina, Sports Teams Re-branding Themselves In The Era Of “Black Lives Matter,” And What It Takes To Build A Nation?

Thank you for joining me for another episode of The Barbershop.

The city council in Asheville North Carolina have voted to give black people reparations. Folks, what they are calling reparations is just the same old, tired policies that are always on the table for black people: some housing, discussions about building some schools, and a little money for somebody to start a little barbershop or hair salon. Don’t be fooled. Also, sports teams are changing their names and logos, seeking acceptance in this new era of political correctness post George Floyd. Joke.
